Move-ins are allowed Monday-Friday, 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.
Here is a convenient list of tasks to complete for your move in.
- Complete the Move in Form and reserve the elevator for a maximum of two hours. Use the service entrance for all moves.
- Contact Con Edison to transfer electricity to your name immediately.
- Schedule your moving company. Use Code BLOCKMOVE for a discount @ Piece of Cake Moving.
- Meet building staff and verify your elevator reservation.
- Inspect the apartment with building staff before moving in.
- Review all building policies provided with your lease.
- Obtain Renter's Insurance (Optional)
- Check for any damage during the move and report them to building staff.
- After your move in, breakdown all cardboard and bring to concierge level.
